本生产线主要供生产加工光纤复合架空地线（Optical Ground Wire）
This production line is mainly used for producing Optical Fiber Ground Wire.
2.结构特点 Structure features
(1) 8盘 16盘二段绞笼单独直流电机分段驱动，采用新概念的行星式退扭结构，绞线节距无级可调。
(2) 24只Φ630放线盘主动放线，并为放线张力专门设计了精确的张力控制系统，采用高精度的张力传感器使张力控制在5—50KG范围内可调。
(3) 特殊设计的线材预成形装置，使预成形节距在X,Y两个方向调节方便，精确。
(4) 中线放线架采用高精度测张力主动放线，使不锈钢光纤松套管的放线张力控制在10KG以内。
(5) Φ2000双主动牵引单独直流电机驱动，为保证绞合后的电缆直线运动，双牵引装置中其中一只牵引轮倾斜一定角度。
(6) 全电脑在线控制，进口数字式直流控制器驱动，采用上位计算机+PLC+执行元件三级控制形式，绞笼内旋转部件采用通讯总线形式与计算机操作台通讯，使集电环数量减到最少，保证机器运行稳定。
(7) 操作采用人机对话，工艺参数菜单式输入，放线张力随机显示，故障自诊断，并具备生产现场管理功能。
(1) Two sections of stranding cage for 8-bobbin and 16-bobbin are respectively driven by separate DC motors. New concept planetary back-twist mechanism is adopted. Stranding pitches are adjustable steplessly.
(2) 24 pieces of Φ630 spools can actively pay off wire, whose pay-off tension is controlled by a specially designed tension control system. The pay-off tension can be adjusted within the range from 5 to 50kg by high precision tension sensors.
(3) A specially designed conductor pre-forming unit makes the pre-forming pitches adjustable easily and precisely in X and Y directions.
(4) The central pay-off stand is also of driving pay-off, whose tension is measured by high precision sensor to control the pay-off tension of stainless steel optical fiber loose tube to be less than 10kg.
(5) Φ2000 double driving haul-off capstans are driven by a separate DC motor. In order to ensure the stranded wire running straightly, one of the haul-off capstans is inclined in a certain angle.
(6) It is driven by imported digital DC controller. The control system is equipped with full computerized on-line control method, which is composed of industrial computer, PLC, and executive component. Rotating components in cages communicate with the operating desk of the computer by a general communication line, by which the quantity of collector rings can be reduced to a minimum so as to ensure the machine running stably.
(7) It has great advantages such as man-machine talking in operation, technological parameter being inputted by means of menu, pay-off tension being displayed on-line, fault self-diagnose, and the function for on-the- spot management of production.
